Computer Vision Syndrome: too much ZOOMing?
People who work long hours at the computer often complain of double vision, temporary nearsightedness and visual fatigue. Some suggestions that may help include:
Wear Rx lenses specifically designed for computer use and feature Blue-blocking Anti-glare treatment to reduce eye fatigue.
Use a screen filter to cut down on glare
Adjust the brightness and contrast of the monitor

Television: binge watching lately?
